Founded in 2025, NEKO® is a North American partner of Shanding Group, a multinational construction machinery manufacturer founded in 1999 and headquartered in Jinan, China.
Shanding Group comprises multiple subsidiaries and joint-stock companies primarily located in Shandong, Hunan, and Guangdong provinces. The group specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of standardized, high-end construction and material-handling machinery, including excavators, loaders, forklifts, and related equipment distributed in over 100 countries and regions worldwide.
Through this partnership, NEKO® leverages Shanding Group’s established industrial platform, manufacturing capabilities, and engineering expertise to offer compact construction equipment adapted to the North American market. NEKO® focuses on product selection, branding, regulatory compliance, dealer support, and after-sales service to ensure alignment with North American operating conditions, applicable standards, and customer expectations.
NEKO® operates independently as a North American entity and is responsible for market development, dealer network coordination, and customer support across North America.
